WELCOME TO YOUR COMMUNITY
We are a Non-profit network for meditation. Empowering a life of openness, empathy and clarity with a strong foundation of mindfulness meditation. We offer group Meditation sessions weekly followed by a donation based to encourage fellowship and compassion for your fellow meditators. Retreats are also offered and posted for a deeper connection to one's self. We hope to lead any who desire to learn through Dharma talks, sharing, classes and any other opportunities available.

MEET THE INSTRUCTORS
All instructors are ordained Buddhist monks or laypeople trained by monks at the Dhammakaya Temple in Thailand. Each instructor donates and volunteers their time to teach us.
